Il Setoso - Guatamala Mild Blend

Setoso in Italian means "silk." Tasting hints of milk chocolate, silk is the best description of this Guatemala coffee. We consider this coffee mild.

Growing in the rich soil left by inactive volcanoes, this Arabica coffee comes from a multitude of smallholder farms in the Nuevo Oriente region of Guatemala, which is near the border of Honduras and El Salvador. The region is high in humidity and is often wet and rainy, which extends the drying time of the green beans.

The Oriente coffee cherries are grown, processed and dried locally, by each farm, which increases the quality of the overall flavor.
